Why Peak Life Yoga Workshop?
It's estimated that roughly 95% of the people in the United States never pursue their true calling and are unfulfilled in their jobs or relationships. And for those that do pursue their dreams, most never achieve them simply because they lack the proper tools and training.

We believe there is nothing more important than living your dreams, fulfilling your potential and living without regret. Problem is, when unfulfilled and in the absence of proper tools, people will more often than not make poor choices in what they eat, who they have relationships with and how they spend their money, which creates needless pain, suffering and disease.

Evidence of this lack of fulfillment can be found in the emotional and physical health of Americans who now rank as the 2nd unhealthiest country in the world. Further evidence can be found in abnormally high divorce / infidelity rates and credit card debt.


Peak Life Yoga Workshop is a life transforming workshop led by Yoga Instructor and Master Results Coach Chad Scott, which utilizes both yoga and personal development to help its participants break through limitations that hold them back from living their true purpose and manifesting their greatest potential.

This workshop guides its participants through a flowing sequence of Power Vinyasa based asanas (poses) that specifically address attributes such as clarity, confidence, strength and focus, while utilizing both written and verbal personal development techniques to recondition the mind and break through limitations. Together all tools function to create both real and measurable results.

The Workshop Flow (2 hours)

1) Breathing - Using Uji Pranayama breathing techniques, class starts with a guided meditation to clear the clutter of past negative conditioning and limiting beliefs, which prepares the mind for the exercises ahead. This also functions to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system, lowering blood pressure & heart rate to create a relaxed calming effect.

2) Identify & Target - This section guides participants through a written exercise to identify obstacles they would like to overcome. By identifying and writing down the roadblock or desired state, a participant can commit themselves to overcoming it.

3) Static Poses - Static Hatha & Power Yoga poses are used to lengthen & strengthen muscles, yet also offer an opportunity to focus the mind and cultivate inner power.

4) Vinyasa - Flowing poses are employed to increase strength and mobility while increasing blood supply to the brain and organs for maximum content absorption.

5) Make New Friends - This segment creates a comfortable environment for open expression by introducing each participant to others in the class.

6) Visualization- A guided visualization process called "strategic visioning" is employed during seated postures to recreate a new reality to match the participants ideal outcome.

7) Mantras / Incantations - Dream Tools uses powerful mantras and incantations to recondition the mind towards empowered, confident thinking.

8) Balance Poses - Balance poses are used to build inner power, courage and address attention deficit challenges by focusing on one thing at a time. In this segment, as each step of the pose unfolds, the concept of "chunking" is introduced to teach the methodology by which large tasks are completed to avoid overwhelming situations.

9) Restorative - The end of the workshop features a series of restorative asanas, which are used to open blocked Prana (energy). At this time mental exercises are given to re-pattern old negative conditioning and limiting decisions. These include the "Conversational Decision Breaker" and the "Identity Expansion Pattern."

10) Future Plan - This final section guides participants on how write down a simple plan of action towards achieving their desired outcome and maintaining it into the future.
